In One Day at a Time, your character is a heroin addict living with his girlfriend named Lydia who also sadly is an addict. It's a game that's meant to shed light on the world of the drug addict, both the bad and the worst, and all the reasons you ought to get cleaned up. It's personal, as the author has their own experience and though these characters are fake, the way the drug addicts live is pretty close to reality.
You meet other ladies and can either corrupt or get romantic with them along the way. Do you want to stay addicted or get clean? It's all up to you and the decisions you make.
